This is a wonderful pair of antique cast bronze Eastlake hinges, c. 1880’s. These 5” ball-finial hinges are ornamented with stylized flowers, leaves, and geometric detail. The hinges are in good antique condition, with some wear to the knuckle joints in the center of the hinges (pictured). Each hinge measures 5” wide overall, 5” tall, and 6 ½” tall overall (from finial to finial). Please note that since these are solid bronze, they may wear down over time if used with a heavy door and may be best as a collectible item. Item # NHP17   « Less

This is a superb pair of antique cast bronze hinges in P. & F. Corbin’s “Diagonal” pattern, dating from the 1890’s. These 5” hinges feature ornamented finials and a flowing floral design crossed with a diagonal band and bordered with leaves. The hinges are in good antique condition, with some wear to the knuckle joints in the center of the hinges (pictured). Each hinge measures 4 7/8” wide overall, 5” tall, and 8” tall overall (from finial to finial). c. 1946 #1BL-14 Snowberry Pattern Console The Roseville Pottery Company has a rich history as an American art and commercial pottery company. Before the company moved their offices from Roseville to Zanesville, Ohio in 1898, peddlers included their pottery pieces among the necessities and occasional luxuries that they offered housewives from door to door. Roseville catered to this market by offering a “Canvaser’s Outfit” that offered a miniature cuspidor and umbrella stand “finished in blended colors, artistically decorated represent[ing] exactly full size ware.” Roseville began producing art pottery in earnest at their Zanesville plant in 1900 under the direction of Ross Purdy. The new pottery was named Rozane and it came in a brown finish, a light finish, a monochromatic soft brown and a blended finish similar to the Aurelian line of its chief competitor, Weller. Most pieces of this period were artist-signed. Purdy was was succeeded in 1904 by Frederick Rhead. He created some of the most highly sought after early lines, but, sadly, he left the company in 1908. By 1914, the Rozane Art Pottery line was discontinued. The majority of Roseville Pottery was produced during the 1920s, 1930s and early 1940s. During this time, the company’s art director, Frank Ferrell, introduced such popular lines such as Wisteria, Sunflower, Futura and Ferrella. After WWII, times and tastes changed and Roseville attempted to launch a line of modernistic dinnerware that never really succeeded and the company was forced to close and liquidate its assets in 1954. This piece is a console #1BL-14 in the Roseville Snowberry Dusty Rose pattern. Slight chipping on very edge of right handle (see photo). Otherwise in excellent condition. A wonderful collector’s piece.   « Less

This is a superb antique Spanish Revival cast bronze five-light chandelier with a shield motif, dating from the 1920’s and retaining its original polychrome finish. The chandelier begins with a loop finial atop a hammered rod; five curled bronze bands rise from the body of the chandelier to the base of the finial. The chandelier features bracket-style bronze arms with foliate detail, each arm supports a cutout bobeche. Between each arm is a red and blue crest, surrounded by volute detail and supported by twisted bronze bands. The center of the chandelier is ornamented with red leaves and finishes in a foliate finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19” wide and 21” tall, and the fixture is 36 ½” long overall. Item # NC737-RW   « Less

French Art Deco small-size coffee or cocktail table in various woods including fruitwoods, mahogany and rosewood, with inlaid rectangular panel at center of the top, and with reeded edges on the sides of the top, and a curved pedestal on a plinth base shaped like an open book. Early 20th century, unsigned. 20"H x 22"L x 15-1/2"D. Good condition, with age-appropriate wear.   « Less
