A Staffordshire porcelain pastille burner in form of a cottage, Probably Alcock, Circa 1825. The pastille burner is in the form of a hexagonal-shaped cottage and is made in two parts with the cover in the form of the roof being removable. ;The cottage has green moss separating the different sides of the house repeated on the roof which has gilt tiles and a central chimney. ;The house has doors to front and back and the remaining sides each have a large central window highlighted in gilt. ;Around the base are large coloured flowers. ;Unusually, on the back side of the base are two large moulded flowers coloured in yellow and orange.
