Interesting, pretty and useful - an Antique Victorian Clerks Desk or Davenport Desk in Walnut. Highly original and with many unique features. Polished walnut throughout with a fitted interior below the main writing slope this desk has a pull out pen tray beneath the writing slope and a bank of pull out drawers concealed behind a locking cupboard door to right hand side of the desk. SEE GALLERY. The pull out drawers have a number of compartments, some hidden, letter trays and storage areas. The front of the desk has boldly turned supports and the whole desk sits on bun feet with original brass castors with, unusually, hard wood wheels.
