Gorgeous Edwardian period stamp box, with crystal base and sterling silver lid. The crystal base has plain bevelled sides, but is hobnail cut under the base. The silver lid has a chased design of scrolled leaves and flowers, and the centre has a New Zealand one penny stamp on it. Hallmarks are for Birmingham 1906, maker is B & C (probably Beddoes and Co). There is damage to the base corners, chips etc, (see photos) but it is still a very nice item. « Less
