Exquisite detailing and a great representation of French craftsmanship during this period. The frame flows gracefully across the back with great arches. We have for sale a beautiful Victorian sofa. The red velvet fabric sets this piece of furniture off. It has your tuck button back with the padded arm rest. It is very sturdy and solid, there is very minor wear if any. The wood is in good condition. I believe it dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's, although I do not know the exact age or date. It weighs 44 pounds and is 34 inches tall by 54 1/2" wide and 24 inches deep. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested.
