The Nathan Margolis Shop Hepplewhite Pembroke table. This handmade table was constructed from the finest mahogany and Made by Harold Margolis. The Margolis furniture store was in Hartford CT. They reproduced the best examples of period 18th and early 19thc American furniture designs during the early 20th century. Stamped on the underside Handmade by The Nathan Margolis Shop Hartford Conn. Harold D Margolis This table has boxwood inlay in the top and legs along with a banded inlay around its straight tapered legs. Assembled set of five period antique Longridge English wheel back Windsor chairs c1820. The side chairs each measure 16 inches high to the top of their seats. The seat is 14 and one half inches wide and 13 inches front to seat back and 34 inches high overall. The arm chairs measure 33 inches and 36 inches high overall, 17inches high to the seat top, 15 and one half inches seat to back, 16 inches wideinside the arms, 25 and 27 inches high to the arms, 18 inches deep overall. Period Antique Swedish Alder root breakfast table c1820 (2nd wood Nordic pine). This wonderful and very rare table top measures 34 and one half inches by 35 inches and is 29 and one quarter inches high. When the table is tilted up it measures 48 inches high. All original except the enhanced hand rubbed finish. Tables made from Alder Roots are impossible to find. The Alder root takes forever to grow to a size that can be cut into many small pieces and put on Nordic Pine underwood.   « Less

French mahogany 19th century corner cupboard, Antique "French corner cupboard" in mahogany. This French furniture mahogany corner cupboard is in two parts and measures 70 and one half inches tall,30 inches wide and 21 inches deep. Period Antique English Chippendale furniture, "Pembroke table" English rosette & ribbon carved mahogany Pembroke table c1780 to 1790. This Pembroke table is truly beautiful made from the finest mahogany with rosette and ribbon carving. This table was made by a true master craftsman with its shaped leaves with handcraved edges. Some old minor repairs but other wise in excellent condition with an enhanced old finish. This period Chippendale pembroke measures 32 inches long by 20 inches wide. The two leaves measure 8 and one quarter inches and it is 28 and one eight inches high. The drawer is 18 and one eight inches wide and two and one half inches deep.   « Less
