Great for storage - blankets, kids toys, at the foot of a bed, in front of a fire place. The wood is mahogany stained a warm walnut stain and satin finish. The molding at the top and bottom sets off the piece. The squared legs on all 4 corners is unusual and different. This piece is all original just restored to it beauty and color.
