Each Piece Monogramed "J.V.L." - Julie Villiers Lewis, Who Then Married James McMillan (Detroit) And Later Spencer Penrose (Philadelphia and Colorado Springs). In 1906 Spencer Penrose Built The Renowned Broadmoor Hotel & Resort In Colorado Springs. This Set Acquired From The Estate Of Julie Spencer Penrose. Condition Report: There is a dent at the base of the spout on the coffee pot (the dent is not noticeable from the sides of spout). See enlargement #7.
