A wonderful pair of decorative antique cast iron 3.5†hinges with steeple finials, dating from the 19th Century. Each three-knuckle hinge features an elegant leaf and vine design on a textured background, with an abstract design along the knuckles of the hinge on both the front and back. These Eastlake hinges are in excellent condition and has been lacquered to protect the finish. Each hinge measures 3-1/2†wide overall, 3-1/2†tall, and 5-7/8†from finial to finial.

Antique cast iron door hardware sets in Norwalk’s “Flanders†pattern, circa 1900, with doorknobs and matching backplates. Featuring exquisite, unusually deep casting, the plates are ornamented with leaves, scrolls, and rope detail, while the knobs feature a fourfold leaf design with a scalloped border. Each set includes enough hardware for one door: a pair of plates and a pair of knobs with the connecting spindle and set screws (enough hardware for one door). These doorknob sets are in excellent condition. The door knobs measure 2-1/4†in diameter and 2-1/2†deep; the plates are 8†x 2-3/4â€. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SET; THERE ARE TWO SETS AVAILABLE.

A wonderful antique door hardware set, signed Yale & Towne, in their “Plymouth†design, featured in an 1910 catalog, with a lock patent dated 1898. Made of cast brass, this set includes a Yale Vulcan Lock, a pair of doorknobs connected by Yale’s Triplex spindle, and two plates. The plates have a sleek design with volutes at the top. The doorknobs are quite heavy and have a very nice feel in the hand, featuring an eye-catching radial design. Each plate is 2-1/2†wide and 8†long; the doorknobs are 2†wide and 2-1/4†deep. The lock has a faceplate 5-1/4†long and 7/8†wide, with a 2-3/4†backset. The doorknob has some roughness around the base (pictured) that will be hidden when the set is installed.

An antique cast iron doorknob set by Mallory, Wheeler, & Co., circa 1882, with cast iron escutcheons, doorknob number K-227 in Leonard Blumin’s classification guide. These Eastlake doorknobs feature an eightfold star-like flower design in the center, surrounded by geometric detail and a zigzag border that is repeated on the back of each doorknob. The rosettes feature a matching design. The set includes one pair of doorknobs and the two matching escutcheons as pictured. Each knob is 2 ¼†in diameter and 2†deep; the rosettes are 2†in diameter.

A wonderful antique white porcelain industrial sconce with a glass shade, recently salvaged from a 1930’s mental hospital here in Nashville. Made by Parker & Seymour of Syracuse, New York, and signed “P. & S. Alabax,†this sconce features a round porcelain backplate, with a glass shade at the top and a working electrical outlet below. It would be fabulous for use over a bathroom mirror. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 5-3/8†wide, approx. 5-3/4†tall, and has a projection of 8â€. Matching flush mount lights are also available, item # NC1111-RW, and similar sconces, NSP651-RW, NSP652, and NSP657.

Pair of eye-catching antique wall sconces with elaborate details, c. early 1900's. Signed by Lowry Electric Company, these two arm sconces feature polychrome accents of red and green. The fixture is topped off by foliate details and an urn with greek key handles. The octagon-shaped backplate features an egg-and-dart border, cross-shaped bands, and scrolling accents. Below the backplate, leaf details taper down into a gadrooned point. These wall lamps are in very good condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 8 3/4" wide, 9 7/8" tall, and projects 3 1/2" from the wall. Matching sconces in a slightly different finish are available under item #NSP61-RW.
