This Moorcroft Pomegranate 3.5'' miniature vase is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks, damages, repairs or restorations. A very early example. Great, elegant shape. Four large pomeganates surrounding the entire piece with countless grapes and leaves in the background all on an cobalt blue blended background. Equal or greater quality than Meissen or the very best Dresden figure. The blowing skirt the counter poised placement of the figure all speak of the quality work of this piece. The painting is incredible and the hair is painted like a true Meissen piece. Look at the quality of this piece. Stands about 8'' tall and is circa 1850.
