This is a charming antique cast iron pendant light, dating from the early 1900’s, with its original clear glass shade. The lantern begins with a loop finial atop a round roof, with a clear shade finished below in a cast iron base. This light fixture is in excellent condition; the glass is in very good antique condition with no cracks or breaks, but has some chips around the edges. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This light fixture measures 5”, 9 ¼” tall (body only), and 23” long overall. This is a very unusual surface mount sliding chain lock, featuring a fabulous geometric fan pattern. Made of cast iron with bronze highlights, this lock dates from the 1880’s and is the only one of its kind that we’ve seen. This is a magnificent antique boxed newel post, dating from the late 1800’s and made of oak. The newel begins with a substantial, turned cap, with some delicate carved floral detail below. One side of the newel features a finely detailed flower surrounded by leaves; two other sides feature an unusual carved diamond pattern. Below, the edges of the newel are ornamented with column-like detail, with vertical grooves between. This box newel post is in very good antique condition, with a few scratches and chips (pictured). This is a fantastic antique brass Arts and Crafts pendant light, circa 1905, with its original multi-colored slag glass. The lantern begins with a graceful loop finial atop a sloping roof. Four trapezoidal panels of slag glass, crossed with brass bands, form the sides of the lantern. The slag glass features a stunning mix of green, pink, blue, and yellow. This light fixture is in excellent condition; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This light fixture measures 5 ¾” wide (8” wide diagonally), 10 ¼” tall (body only), and 29 ¾” long overall. This lantern would be suitable for either interior or exterior use. NC776-RW   « Less

These are three matching antique Neoclassical door hardware sets in Yale & Towne’s “Lydian” design, circa 1910. This doorknob set features unusual oval knobs ornamented with shells, beads, and acanthus; the oval backplates feature the same elegant design. This door hardware is in excellent condition. The knobs measure 1 5/8” wide, 2 5/8” tall, and 2” deep; the plates are 2 ½” by 7”. Each hardware set consists of a pair of doorknobs with the connecting rod and two plates. These are three unusually large antique window locks, dating from the 1880’s and made of cast iron with cast bronze handles. Each lock is ornamented with an abstracted vine pattern, and the knobs feature a pinwheel design. The keepers or catches for the latches are ornamented with a delicate vine design. Victorian 10K Rose Gold & Glass Cameo Circa. 1870 American 10K rose gold frame tested with 10K acid. Open bead outer frame encloses glass cameo. This cameo is carved the same way that a hardstone or shell cameo. Glass was blown with white on black. After cooling, it was carved by hand....just like all cameos. Glass cameos are much rarer than other cameos as many have broken over time. Not only is this cameo in pristine original condition, the craftsmanship is superb.
