It is then over glase painted with a D. This was done when the faker was caught and then forced to paint the D over the AR to avoid confusion. Stamped made in Czechslovakia on the base this was obviously a Austrian factory before then. Maybe one of the Amphora factories. Approximately 24'' tall and 16'' wide its a really beauty that might even look better re-silvered. No other condition issues.
