There are two indents in the foot rim, but these are in the moulding where the seam joins, not faults. Nice item.   « Less

Vintage draughtsman's set of cardboard scales by Eyre & Spottiswoode Ltd. Good sturdy immaculate rules, ivory coloured. There are seven of these rules, one is missing (the 1/4 inch full size and 1/8 inch 1/2 size to the foot ruler). All in excellent condition. They measure 31.5 cm long (12.1/2 inches).   « Less

Very nice set of precious metals weights, 9 solid brass weights ranging from 100 grams to 1 gram, and small leaf weights 500mg to 10mg. Also set of tweezers for picking these up - one empty compartment, possibly missing the 5mg. All brass weights have their own slots in the bakelite case, and the compartment containing the leaf weights is lidded in clear perspex with a brass knob. Velvet lined lid. No maker's names. Probably circa 1950s. Box measures 3.5 cm high by 7.6 cm by 15.75 cm. Box needs a clean exteriorly, but all in excellent condition.   « Less
