Ring slot, ladies pocket watch circle, and lift-out top tray. Box measures 7 cm high by 13 cm wide and 10 cm deep. Dates from around 1900-1915. Very good condition for the age. - some minor scuffing, and some pin-marks in the silk where brooches would have been fastened. « Less

Attractive jade ring - oval, mounted in what appears to be gold. There is a faint hallmark inside the band, but this is worn - all that is readable is ct (for carat), possibly 9ct. The colour is a dark rose gold. However, I can't get a positive test for this. Lovely oval piece of green jade. Face of ring measures 17 mm by 7 mm. The ring fitting is English size M+ (USA size 6.1/4) with an inside diameter of 16.90 mm. The mount surrounding the stone has a small fault near the shoulder join (see photo), but is quite secure. Would date around 1920s plus.

Each stone would be approx. 1 mm diameter. Rose cut. The shoulders of the ring are 1 mm wide and swell out to be a little wider at about 1.25 mm at the rear of the finger. Ring face measures 7 mm by 13 mm. The amethyst is approx. 5.5 mm by 4.75mm. The diamonds are probably about 1 mm diameter each. Shoulders are 7 mm tapering to 3 mm at the rear of the finger.
