Most of the medallions are inscribed. This one is not. You can either leave it as is, or add your own inscription. The medallion is marked on the back with 4 hallmarks and the maker's mark. The medallion measures 1 3/8 inches high and 1 inch wide. The sterling silver link chain is 20 inches and dates to 1900 as well. A man will have no trouble wearing this every day.
