I found this cookie jar on top of my cabinet all dusty and could not even tell what it was. I do know that this was my grandmother's cookie jar. On the bottom of the cookie jar it says w-8 BRUSH USA. I did some research myself and found out that this cookie jar was made before Brush merged with McCoy. I took it to an appraiser and it appraised for $450 high value. I am willing to let it go for $350. I have a new baby on the way and this money would really help me out. I have tried to sell to the antique dealers around here and have had no luck because no one around here are familiar with this jar. « Less

On the side it also says Continental Can Company Inc., the company that developed the 32-ounce beer can. This a terrific example of rare quart beer can believed to date back to the early 1940s.
