Comes framed in a metal frame. The actual Art piece measures 13" in length X 8.5" in height. The frame measures 21 1/4" in length X 17 1/4" in height. This piece is signed and dated. Open the frame to show what was underneath the Print. The frame has a small chip on bottom left corner.

The plastic glass has some scratches. The backing has the paper removed. It was too torn. The backing cardboard has mild water stains. This not not go thru the Print. .
