Here is a rare Robert Chee Watercolor Vintage Painting, "WHERE DID THEY GO?" Piece is Signed by the Artist. Robert Chee Died in 1972. So this painting has to be way over 40 to 50 years old. Might be Gouache? The piece is not framed. Replaced old mat with a new mat. The old one was to damaged. The Art measures about 13 1/4" in height X 10 1/4" in length. The mat measures 20" in height X 16" in length. Note: There is discoloration around edges of the Art piece, where the mat covers the frame edges. Other, than the edges that have the old tape, and the backing with writing, and tape marks, the Art is in good condition. This Art piece will be shipped with Insurance, and at it's full Bid Value.
