Six matching antique Art Deco bathroom doorknob sets with matching plates, dating from the 1920’s or 1930’s. This set includes a pair of plates and a pair of knobs with the connecting spindle and set screws. The backplates feature an unusual elongated shape with an overlapped border, and the doorknobs are ornamented with a matching design, with a triangular shape in the middle of the knob. The door knobs measure 2†in diameter and 1-5/8†deep; the plates are 9†by 1 ½â€. A coordinating bathroom door set is also available, item # NDKS99. A stunning antique gilded Rococo door hardware set, with knobs and plates, dating from the 19th Century. This doorknob set came from Boxwood, the home of Sam Fleming, who was the late president of Third National Bank and president of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trustees. The doorknobs feature a spiral acanthus leaf design; the plates are ornamented top and bottom with flowing acanthus leaves and volutes. This hardware set includes the doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates. Each door knob is 2" in diameter and 1-5/8" deep; the door plates are 2 1/4" by 11 3/4".

Antique egg-and-dart door hardware sets in cast iron. Each set includes a pair of doorknobs, backplates, a spindle, and set screws (enough hardware for one door). This elegant Neoclassical door hardware dates between the late 1800’s and early 1900’s; both the door knobs and the escutcheon plates feature a classic egg-and-dart border with a fleur-de-lis in each corner. These have been cleaned and lacquered to protect the finish. The doorknobs are 2 ¼†in diameter and 1-3/4†to 1-7/8†deep; the plates are 2 3/16†by 7 ¼â€.
