Salvaged arched entry door made of vertical planks with a small leaded glass window, c. early 1900s. The rectangular window has a leaded glass geometric pattern. Unique strap hinges resemble acanthus leaves and have been painted white. The outside of the door has been painted brown, while the inside of the door is painted white. There is the expected wear to the door, as pictured. The exterior door measures 35-3/4" wide, 83-3/4" tall, and is 1-3/4" thick.   « Less

A very rare antique cast iron Neoclassical fireplace mantel featuring a woman’s face in the center. Salvaged from a home in St. Louis, circa 1880, the mantel features an elegant shape with beveled panels. The woman at the center of the mantel, possibly a Greek goddess, has a crown on her head and is flanked by stylized foliate detail. The mantel measures 64-1/2” wide overall, 45-5/8” tall, and 13” deep. The current opening is 30-1/2” wide overall and 31-1/4” tall; it could be cut out further up to 37” wide and 35-1/4” tall. Antique early 1800’s windows, salvaged from an 1823 Federal home in Columbia, Tennessee, outside Nashville. The house was designed by architect Nathan Vaught and finished in 1823 for Major John Brown II, who named the house “Annoatuck,” an Indian word meaning “a windy hill.” The window sashes, each with nine panes, are all in their original frames and have unusual square window weights (most antique window weights are round). The windows are made of poplar and have a lot of their original wavy glass, although several are missing panes and/or may have had some panes replaced as shown. Fabulous antique American Art Deco stained glass window with ziggurat design, dating from the 1920s. The window features a geometric skyscraper design of colorful glass on a clear granite glass background. The multicolored ziggurat is created with amber and green slag glass accented by red and green colored glass. There are no cracks or breaks to the glass and the frame has an aged finish with the usual wear and chips as shown.
