Striking antique tiger oak fireplace mantel salvaged from a circa 1920 home. The mantel's top edge is beveled, and below the projecting shelf is a dentil mold patterned border. The mantel's legs feature four fluted doric columns, two on each side of the firebox opening. This quarter sawn mantel is in very good condition. It measures 72" wide, 57 1/4" tall and 13" deep, and has a firebox opening of approximately 41 1/2" wide and 42" tall.

Gorgeous antique fireplace mantel, made entirely of marble and dating from the 1870's. The mantel features a delicately curved top, below which is a marvelous cartouche with a stylized anthemion. On either side of the cartouche are carved bracket-shape details. The mantel's legs feature a rounded beveled edge and come down to a squared-off base. The firebox opening is an elegant arch. This marble mantel measures 74" wide, 45" tall, and 10-1/4" deep, and has a firebox opening of approximately 37-3/4" wide (at the widest point) and 33-3/8" tall (at the tallest point). Magnificent antique marble fireplace, dating from the 1870's. The mantel features a delicately curved top, below which is a dramatic cartouche with scrolls and a stylized anthemion. On either side of the cartouche are beautiful carved details, featuring scrollwork and bellflowers. The mantel's legs feature a simple beveled edge and come down to a column-like base. The firebox opening is an elegant arch. This marble mantel measures 61" wide, 45" tall, and 13" deep, and has a firebox opening of approximately 38-3/4" wide (at the widest point) and 33-5/8" tall (at the tallest point).
