This Glo-Dial BENRUS neon clock is being sold in "as is non-working condition". As you can see in the pictures it appears to still be in good shape. I am not sure if it copper, brass or just some type of overlay. The clock motor does not run nor does the neon light up. It does make a humming noise when plugged in.
