This plaque shows the features of being totally hand formed. The image of a cat is tooled in low relief and was left unglazed. The background is shiny and translucent brown. It is signed on the front ''VALLIN'' and has a cipher of a pot with the initials HF or CHF. I suspect this is French by the clay and glaze. The back has been formed to allow wire for hanging.
