A highly unusual and attractive 18th century ladies washing basin, with a motif of black flying magpies,swirling black waves with flowers, and famille verte boys playing on the wall interior of the bowl.
This bowl is rendered to the Chinese taste, and most likely not made for export. The wide rim has delicate floral spray border,exterior with iron red sprays. Nice quality porcelain, a lovely and rare collectors piece which displays very well.
Condition: Excellent. Normal wear for period, but no chips,hairlines or damage. Enamels are clear and sharp.

Here is a very finely potted Republic period (1950's) signed CHINESE EXPORT GINGER JAR. This is an exceptionally nice piece, with no damage and matching original lid. Portrait and enamels are very good on this Famille Rose jar and lid. There are two beautifully painted cavettos, one of a Chinese beauty and a young child, and on reverse, a young Chinese boy playing in the garden.

Rare and Stunning mirror image monochrome pair of IMPERIAL YELLOW VASES with Famille rose florals, early 19th century CHINESE. Converted to lamps, circa 1920. The lamps are as originally wired, complete with harps. All findings are good quality early brass.
The painted pink peony florals and emerald leaves have great detail,and accented with floral scrolling sgraffito orange peel groud. Brass bases are ornate with polished openwork.
I have taken the vases apart, the interios are robins egg blue. The vases are Qing Dynasty,mid 19th century, GUANGXU period.

Here is a really fine and large Chinese Blanc de Chine Guanyin (Kwan Yin) Figure mounted in the early 1920's as a lamp.
The Guanyin Goddess is mounted on a reticulated brass base, with brass fittings. There is no damage to the porcelain statue as the post is mounted behind the porcelain figuriene.
The lamp is as originally wired. I use it regularly in my home. The beige Pongee silk shade and brass Chinese finial is included. Dimensions: 11"(the figure)height 22" with the harp Condition: Excellent, no damage, no losses or chips. « Less
