The body of each vase has four defined panels with embossed and chased decoration depicting traditional Chinese themes such as honeysuckle and blossom.These vases heavy gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition. The bottom section was made separately and is held by small hand made silver nuts. This spectacular piece was made by a master silversmith. Hallmarked 13 on base. Weighs 383 grams. This along with some other pieces were brought back from Argentina in the 1950 to 1960 period and date from 1930 to 1950. This center piece bowl measures 9 inches round and 13 and one quarter inches across both handles and 3 and three eights inches high.This bowl is hallmarked and weighs 611 grams. There is a monogram on its face with looks more like design than a monogram. This is truly a work of art done by a master craftsman. « Less
