Very pleased to offer for your consideration is this, nice Austrian Hungarian-gilt silver locket, Beautifully set with Turquoise and Garnets. Both sides are set with stones The bail on the front is set with a garnet. The locket is centered with a large cabochon garnet in the middle. All four points have garnets and is accented with the turquoise. The back of the locket is also encrusted with stones.But there are two small garnets missing. The locket is approx.1/2 inch thick. I have not cleaned this item yet. But it could really use a good cleaning. The locket measures approx.2 inches with the bail. Approx.just a little over 1 inch wide.   « Less

Very pleased to offer for your consideration today is this awesome Austro Hungarian Silver pin.Totally encrusted with Turquoise and Garnets. Beautifully set in an open setting.All stones are in a closed back setting. This pin is very impressive in size and especially condition. Measures approx.1 3/4 inch across by approx.over 1 1/4 inch. Has the T-hinge and has had a replacement clasp-safety clasp. Condition is excellent. I have not polished this pin yet.I will leave that to you. Thank you for your interest in our store. This is a wonderful necklace,it is very impressive...measures approx. 35 inches long.Has many different cut crystals some clear and others are amethyst colored and also some onyx. All original condition.Strung on cord ......there are some ....nicks and flea bites to the beads.Not really noticeable unless you loupe these, but these are real. and old and have been worn, they have age expected wear. This is a spectacular example of Victorian Paste jewelry. Measuring an impressive 3 inches wide and approx. 2 long. from top to dangle. All stones are closed back. Set in sterling silver(tested) All appear to be original and are all there. The entire brooch is is encrusted with these brilliant paste stones. It appears to be flowers and vines. The back is all silver, with t-hinge and safety clasp. Also on the back is a place where you can hang this pin from a chain, It is a real show-stopper . Very Rare and hard to find. This piece is in pristine condition, for any age,But for something from the early 1800's it is in museum quality condition. Very pleased to offer for your consideration today,is this wonderful gilt silver-(tested) Hungarian ring.Notice the typical intricate Hungarian finishing to the back and the entire band too. Very ornate metal work surrounds a deep emerald green cabochon stone.The stone is some sort of beryl stone. The ring is approx a size 8. Condition is very nice. The stone shows only natural inclusions and is roughly polished. The gilt on the silver is in very good condition. The ring has not been cleaned and could really use a good cleaning. I am very thrilled to have found this mourning necklace with the last Estate we purchased.Bought this one in Georgia.I believe this is a wonderful old Memento, usually purchased to remember ones vacation aboard.Now days we purchase T-shirts back then it was jewelry.What happened? This became very popular in the mid to late 1800's to wear for times of mourning.Suitable because of the dark colors and very light weight, many women spent most of their lives in mourning for person or the other. The necklace is in very nice condition...but there is a hoop replacement in the front that attaches the locket.This works well and not noticeable to the novice. But you collectors can see.Nice Fix, I will remember this one in the future.The locket is in very nice condition with the exception to where the hinge is on one side has been glued back. Nice job, just wanted to mention in all fairness.Remember this item is almost 200 years old.It is not going to be perfect.It happens. Please take time to view all photos provided.   « Less
