14249: This auction is for the outstanding, HENKEL-MOORE Leather Top Rent Table. This high quality table is in excellent, super clean original finish and condition, and measures: 48" x 30.5"h. It was a showroom sample and actually hasn't been used. (few very minor signs of any age) It features high quality tooled leather revolving top, cabinet base and solid brass hardware. All drawers open and are locking flanked with plaques as shown. It is in the #29 finish and will be a grand addition to any home. This clock is approx. 30 years old and measures 17"x10.5"x78" high and is in excellent original finish and condition. Clock has been well cared for and is ready for your home. The clock is currently in good working order. This clock has been moved from a private home, where it was in use, to our showroom and set-up by a professional clock smith, to make sure it has all correct parts and is in good basic working order. Clocks are not adjusted for timing or any extensive cleaning or repairs. We always recommend having a clock, set-up, tuned and adjusted by a professional at your home, after being moved or transported. Usual recommended maintenance for a grandfather clock is to be oiled and adjusted approx. every two-five years anyway. This is a used clock and normal aging characteristics general wear to gears, bushings, weights etc, should be expected.
