A wonderful pair of antique double-arm brass sconces, from a 1920’s home in Chicago. The Neoclassical sconces feature an oval backplate with a leaf-and-dart border. The sconce arms, formed of ribbed volutes, each support a simple brass bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Gorgeous antique five-light chandelier with intricate floral details, dating from the early 1900s and salvaged out of Chicago. This bronze fixture begins with a leafy lace-like canopy, working its way down in chain to a decorative scrolling loop finial. The body is composed of five vertical bands that undulate out and back in around a swirled center rod. Each band has leaf, flower, and swag detailing; between each is a panel of decorative floral fretwork. The five chandelier arms extend out from the body to support flower cup bobeches. The chandelier finishes in an urn finial with original polychrome finish that is seen throughout the fixture's details. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. A wonderful antique Tudor cast iron chandelier from Lexington, Kentucky, dating from the 1920’s. This three-light chandelier comes down in a chain to a twisted hook resting on a hammered platform, below which is a hammered column. At the base of the column, the chandelier comes out into three bands accented with leaves. The bands curve downward to support a hammered ring, from which extend three chandelier arms with hammered bobeches. The bottom of the chandelier finishes in a dangling finial accented with a curled leaf. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The body consists of five vertical bars with curving leaf ends, connected to upper and lower circular bands. A broad middle band surrounds these pieces while five curved chandelier arms attach and support crimped bobeches. A remarkable antique five-light Spanish Revival chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. This figural chandelier features a design with soldiers’ profiles. The fixture begins in a loop accented with volutes and leaves, sitting in a crenellated section. Below, curled wrought iron bands form the chandelier body. The bands are connected in the middle by diamond-shaped pieces ornamented with a helmeted soldier in profile, surrounded by ribbon and leaves. The chandelier arms support crenellated bobeches with a rope border, and the chandelier finishes in a foliate finial. Six beautiful matching antique one arm silver plated sconces with prisms, dating from the early 1900s. These Neoclassical sconces have a round backplate crowned by an athemion with scrolls and acanthus leaves. The backplate features a decorative border and details of scrolling foliage, acanthus leaves and a center rosette. A fluted U-shaped chandelier arm curves out of the base of the backplate, supporting an acanthus leaf and bead bobeche. Beautiful sparkling icicle prisms hang from the perimeter of the round bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. Beautiful antique four-light Neoclassical chandelier in its original silver plate, circa 1910. This silver plated pan light fixture begins in an understated canopy, coming down in a chain to a round loop finial. Four embellished arms attach to the bottom of the pan-shaped body, each with bellflower and foliate details visible from below. A tassel finial hangs from each bobeche, with sparkling icicle prisms hanging from around each rim. An acanthus leaf finial and more prisms finish off the underside of the fixture. This chandelier is in very good antique condition with a beautifully aged finish; there are few spots in the plating as pictured. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
