Each leaf is ornamented with a stylized flower in a circle, surrounded by foliate, floral, and geometric detail. The back of the hinge is ornamented with a geometric design. These three-knuckle Eastlake hinges are in excellent condition. Each hinge measures 4†wide overall, 4†tall, and 5 5/8†tall overall (from finial to finial). The three-knuckle hinge features an elegant leaf and vine design on a textured background, with an abstract design along the knuckles of the hinge on both the front and back. This Eastlake hinge is in excellent condition and has been lacquered to protect the finish. The hinge measures 4†wide overall, 4†tall, and 6 ¾†from finial to finial. An elegant antique Art Nouveau exterior brass door hardware set in the “Nouvelle†pattern by Reading Hardware, featured in their 1910 catalog. The backplates feature an elegant design with intertwined vines and leaves; a coordinating fourfold design adorns the doorknobs. One plate has a double keyhole; the other has a thumb turn. This door hardware is in very good antique condition; there are some hairline cracks on each knob (pictured). The larger doorplate is 12†by 3â€; the smaller plate is 8 ½†by 2 7/8†overall; the doorknobs are 2 ¼†in diameter and 2 ¼†deep. The set includes a pair of knobs with the connecting spindle and set screws, and the two doorplates.

A splendid antique cast bronze double pocket door set in a variation of Lockwood’s “Broken Leaf†pattern, patent dated August 10, 1886, and designed for a pair of double doors. The set features four cast bronze plates ornamented with the unique asymmetrical “Broken Leaf†design, with an urn on one side and a tri-lobal leaf on the other, on a geometric background. The locks feature bronze faceplates feature a matching design with vine and leaf detail above. The locks function well. The doorplates are in excellent condition; the locks are in very good antique condition with some scratches (pictured). The plates measure 2 3/16†wide, 4 1/8†tall, and 1/2†deep overall; the locks’ faceplates are 6 ¾†tall and 1 ¼†wide.
