Two matching antique schoolhouse lights with glass shades, dating from the early 1900's. Each pendant light features an understated canopy and fitter with a sleek glass globe. These pendant lights are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The chandeliers have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Six stunning antique Gothic Revival chandeliers with original crackled amber glass bullet shades, dating from the 1920's. These hand-riveted iron fixtures begin with an organic canopy, moving down in a chain to a steeply sloped lantern roof. Three chains extend down from the roof to the chandelier body, supporting the crown of the bullet shade. The original shade is made of a gorgeous crackled amber glass, and around it is a framework of two iron bands with trefoil details. The fixture's three outer lights are affixed to the bandwork and feature scalloped bobeches. These chandeliers are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The fixtures have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. An amazing pair of antique double-arm Spanish Revival sconces in cast iron, dating from the 1920’s and retaining their original polychrome finish. The backplate of each sconce features a crown at the top, with blue fringed swags below. The middle of the backplate is ornamented with a large shield crossed with a red band and accented with blue fleur-de-lis. Hammered iron sconce arms support bobeches ornamented with a torsade border and polychrome volutes, with a crest finial below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. These large sconces each feature an oval backplate with a flower-like center surrounded by a guilloche border. The body of the sconce features exquisite casting, with trefoil and quatrefoil detail, and elegant foliate finials at the top and bottom. The triple arms feature amazing detail with cutouts and leaf detail. Each arm supports a crown-like bobeche with a cutout trefoil border at the bottom and projecting trefoils at the top, with a foliate border at the center of the bobeche, supporting the light.
