Large industrial flush-mount light, recently salvaged from a 1930's mental hospital in Nashville. This flush mount fixture features a simple fitter with a body made of three concentric circles, each one hanging lower than the one above it. Superb antique industrial lantern, dating from the 19th century. This may have originally been used as a ship's lantern. This bronze light fixture begins with an understated canopy, coming down in a chain to a handle loop finial. The body of the chandelier is circular in shape, with surrounding bars creating a cage effect. Inside the cage, there is a solid metal sheet encasing half of the fixture, creating a solid backdrop for the bulb. There is a parts number embossed on the base of the cage: 2099-L-4. This lantern is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. A wonderful antique copper exterior lantern, dating from the 1920’s, with verdigris. The sconce features a hammered round backplate, with a single arm coming up into a large hook. The lantern hangs from a copper ring atop the cone-shape roof. The roof has a scalloped lower edge, and has a granite glass cylinder below with a copper border. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges. This sconce measures 10-7/8” tall, 4-1/2” wide, and projects 6” from the wall. Charming antique Arts & Crafts sconce, c. 1910, with original slag glass. The light fixture's circular cast iron backplate has beaded trim with a scrolling arm that extends up and attaches to the roof of the lantern body. The body is composed of four panels of beautiful amber slag glass, accented at the corners with florets. A curved, V-shaped iron band, fastened at the ends with florets, crosses each panel near the top of the lantern. This light fixture is in very good antique condition with a few small dings in the roof. The glass has no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected flea bites around the rim. The wall mount lantern has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures 6" wide, 9-1/2" tall, and projects 8" from the wall. These nickel-plated bronze sconces begin with a fleur-de-lis at the top, followed by a quatrefoil and a hammered shield design. A semi-circular band, connected at the sides, wraps around the front of the sconce to hold a crenelated, nickel bobeche with quatrefoil and diamond cutouts.
