Stunning antique 8-light chandelier by the renowned New York maker E.F. Caldwell. It features unsurpassed quality and superb casting characteristic of Caldwell, and dates from the early 1900's. This chandelier is silver plated over bronze. The canopy begins with an arched border on the base, with vertical bellflower bands leading to a gadrooned bottom. Below, the loop finial has beautiful incised details and a roped border. The chandelier's upper body begins with three cherubic figures, whose bodies are made up of gorgeous floral and grape details. Eight scrolling, curved arms extend from the urn-shaped lower body of the chandelier, and each is accented by a beautifully detailed bobeche. The chandelier finishes in a pinecone finial. The entire piece is incised with intricate scrolling foliage. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 26" wide and 21-1/2" tall, and the fixture is 39" long overall.   « Less

Pair of beautiful antique silver plated sconces, dating from the 1920's. Each sconce features a backplate with rounded and beveled edges, with the top beginning in a sweeping volute loop. Underneath the loop and a shelf is gorgeous scrolling foliage detail at the top of the backplate center. Extending from the backplate is a reeded sconce arm, topped off by a simple bobeche. Below, the bottom of the backplate tapers off into a finial. Three matching gorgeous antique five-arm chandeliers with prisms, circa 1910. Each chandelier is in its original, beautifully aged silver plate over brass finish. The chandelier begins with a graceful looped finial atop that leads down to the baluster-shaped chandelier body. The main body features an intricately cast egg and dart trim, with five S-shaped chandelier arms extending down and back up to support understated bobeches hung with sparkling icicle prisms. Draped between each bobeche is a beautiful beaded garland. The lower body of the chandelier tapers off into a cast beaded border and a cast pinecone finial. These fixtures are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Circa 1890's antique three-arm bronze chandelier, originally gas, now wired for electricity. The chandelier's understated canopy extends down to a ring looped finial, which leads to the gadrooned top section of the body. The chandelier body then comes down in a swirled rod, meeting a base with guilloche trim. The three S-shaped chandelier arms extend from this base, and feature ornate swooping and scrolling foliage details. At the lowest point of each arm is a gas key. The chandelier has been fitted with beautiful glass shades with stars and scalloped rims. The shades are in very good condition, with no cracks or breaks, just a few flea bites around the rims. The fixture is in excellent condition; it originally was all gas but has been professionally rewired for electricity and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Stunning antique flush-mount beaded basket chandelier, dating from approximately 1910. The fixture features incredible floral details with gold accents and hanging crystal prisms. This light fixture has a floral border along the base, with a beaded basket body made of glass florets and beads. Scrolling bands with gold rope detail extend down the length of the inverted dome fixture. A gorgeous faceted crystal ball hangs from the finial at the bottom of the dome. Spear and teardrop crystal prisms hang from metal scrollwork throughout the piece. The fixture is in excellent condition; it is missing one bead which is barely noticeable. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Lovely antique three-light chandelier with prisms and original polychrome finish, circa 1920. This chandelier begins with an intricate canopy with scrolling foliage and beaded border detail. It extends down to a looped finial and the body is composed of three beautifully curved bands with acanthus leaf and floral details. In the center of the three bands is an inverted dome, on top of which sits three bobeches with a geometric leaf pattern. At the base of the dome, icicle prisms hang from the bottom of the three bands, which then taper off into a finial with a teardrop prism. Original red and green polychrome finish is featured throughout the fixture, on all foliage, floral and leaf detailing. The chandelier is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
