This dessert plate is finely painted with a botanical scene in the style of Red Anchor Chelsea Hans Sloane porcelain. ;It is painted with plums on the vine with green leaves and a large dragonfly to one side. ;The rim has a brown-edged petal shaped form. ;There are three small stress lines issuing from firing cracks- Donovan took porcelain in the white, often seconds, to decorate in his workshop in Dublin and this type of condition is typical.
