These are ten matching antique cast iron flush sash lifts, signed Sargent, circa 1890’s. These feature an elegant design of scrolls and leaves, with designs resembling swans in the corners. These Eastlake window lifts are in excellent condition; the original bronze plating is intact on most of this hardware. Each plate measures 3-1/8†long, 1-11/16†wide, and 5/8†deep overall. An unusual antique Arts & Crafts door hardware set with a triangular arch, dating from the early 1900’s. The set includes the doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates. The backplates feature a triangular arch divided in thirds, with three panels at the bottom of the plate. The door knobs have a fivefold design of two concentric circles connected by five spokes. This door hardware set is in very good antique condition; it has a nice patina with an aged texture. Each doorknob is 2 ¼†in diameter and 2†deep; the door plates are 2 ½†by 7 5/8â€. This hardware can be used with either one of our modern latch sets or an antique mortise lock.

A delightful antique door hardware set with knobs and plates, dating from the early 1900’s. The set includes the doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates. The backplates feature an unusual arched shape at the top, with scalloped bottom corners. The door knobs have a graceful sixfold design with an elegant border. This door hardware set is in excellent condition. Each doorknob is 2 ¼†in diameter and 1 7/8†deep; the door plates are 2 ½†by 7 ½â€. This hardware can be used with either one of our modern latch sets or an antique mortise lock.

A fabulous antique Arts and Crafts brass entrance door hardware set made and signed by Penn Hardware, patent dated 1912. This complete set includes the doorknobs with connecting rod and set screws, a split-system mortise lock, and two plates. The backplates feature a simple design with curved sides. This exterior door hardware set is in excellent working condition with a nice patina. Each doorknob is 2 ¼†in diameter and 2 1/8†deep; the larger plate is 12†by 3â€; the smaller plate is 7 5/8†by 2 ½â€; and the faceplate on the lock is 7†by 1â€. The simplicity of this set would allow it to blend nicely with almost any décor.

The doorknobs feature a border of concentric circles with a recessed center; the backplates have scalloped corners and a wide beveled border. These doorknob sets are in excellent condition. The door knobs measure 2 ¼†in diameter and 1 ¾†deep; the plates are 7 ½†by 2 ½â€. Each set includes a pair of doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates (enough hardware for one door). An extraordinary pair of antique Art Nouveau cast bronze door plates with swinging keyhole covers, circa 1900. This door hardware features a graceful elongated design, with abstract Art Nouveau detail at top and bottom, and beautifully ornamented swinging keyhole covers with an unusually shaped keyhole. This is a remarkable vintage tilting door peep hole, patented in 1947 by Abe Nichols and Joseph Spector of Los Angeles. (Actually, we thought it was so unusual that we bought the door it was in, just to get the peephole.) Unlike ordinary peepholes, this one tilts and swivels to facilitate “inspect[ion]†of “a person desirous of entering or attempting to enter the room or home.†This swiveling peephole has a lovely patina and functions well, and includes its original screws for mounting it to the door.
