A magnificent antique three-tier semi-flush mount chandelier in its original silver plate with original prisms, dating from the 1920’s. This six-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins with a canopy ornamented with a foliate design; the chandelier body is ornamented with anthemia, volutes, and flowers in a band supporting the first tier of prisms. Five chandelier arms are fastened to the band, each holding a silver plated bobeche with a Greek key border, hung with prisms. Below, the chandelier has three tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms, and is finished in a smooth crystal ball. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier is 18” wide and 17 ½” long. A wonderful pair of antique Spanish Revival cast brass sconces, signed Art Craft. Dating from the 1920’s, these double-arm sconces retain their original brilliant polychrome finish in red, blue, and gold. The backplate features a stylized radial fleur-de-lis design with a floral button the center. The sconce arms, formed of curled brass bands, support bobeches ornamented with a stylized leaf pattern. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. Art Nouveau meets Art Deco in this unusual light fixture, with each side of the pendant featuring an asymmetrical, flowing floral design, with geometric touches and red, green, and white polychrome accents. The canopy features a zigzag design, coming down in a diamond-shaped chain to a polychrome loop finial. The chandelier finishes in a dangling asymmetrical finial with a floral design. This Neoclassical chandelier shows a distinct Art Nouveau influence, featuring a silver plated looped ribbon finial with a flowing leaf design below. The chandelier features a baluster-shaped, silver plated body overlaid with long leaves and finishing in a tassel finial. The reeded chandelier arms begin in small urn-shaped finials with leaf accents below; each arm supports a flower-like wax pan and a candle cup ornamented with a looping border.
