This is a fabulous antique schoolhouse light, dating from the early 1900’s. This pendant features an white glass globe below a simple fitter, hung by a pole from an understated canopy. This is a splendid antique bronze five-light Neoclassical chandelier, circa 1905, with prismatic shades. The chandelier begins with an egg-and-dart canopy, coming down in a chain to a round chandelier body. Four bronze egg-and-dart shade holders hang from the perimeter of the chandelier body, accented with beautifully detailed acanthus leaves. Each of the four holds a signed Holophane shade. An intricate medallion, formed of volutes and acanthus leaves, adorns the center of the chandelier body. A gadrooned finial supports the fifth shade holder, with an unsigned holophane shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a fantastic patina; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a fantastic antique iron and brass five-light chandelier, made and signed by Moe-Bridges in the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with a simple loop finial and comes down in five iron bands and a twisted rod, forming the chandelier body. The bands have a charming crackled black finish, and are connected at top and bottom by crown-like brass pieces ornamented with red crests. At the bottom of the chandelier, the bands curve back upward to form the chandelier arms; each arm supports a scalloped bobeche with a twisted spike finial beneath. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a beautiful antique Neoclassical five-light chandelier with flowers, in iron and silver plate over brass, with the original polychrome finish. Dating from the 1920’s, the chandelier begins with a canopy ornamented with silver plated, polychrome leaves and a torsade border. Below, the chain comes down to a polychrome loop finial nestled in a cluster of silver plated acanthus. Five wrought iron bands, overlaid with silver leaves, come down to form the chandelier body, meeting at the bottom in a silver plated vase filled with polychrome flowers. The chandelier arms branch out to support polychrome bobeches surrounded by silver acanthus leaves. The chandelier finishes in a silver plated acorn finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are two matching antique five-light Neoclassical chandeliers, dating from the 1920’s, in iron and silver plate over brass, with their original polychrome finish. Each chandelier begins with a canopy ornamented with a silver plated, gadrooned border and silver leaves below. The chandelier comes down in a chain to a polychrome loop finial atop a silver plated flower hung with icicle prisms. Below, five polychrome bands come down to form the chandelier body and arms. Each band is overlaid with silver plated leaves and holds an acanthus bobeche hung with prisms. Five wrought iron bands, also accented with silver leaves, extend from the chandelier arms to the bottom of the chandelier, ending in a silver flower with a flame at the top and a dangling tassel below. These light fixtures are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a splendid antique brass four-light chandelier, originally half gas and half electric, and now completely wired for electricity. Dating from the late 19th Century and retaining its original shades, the chandelier begins with a square canopy, and comes down in a squared rod to a four-sided brass body. Below, the two chandelier arms extend straight out to either side, with a square bobeche on top of each arm and a shade holder below. Each shade holder has its original hand-cut glass shade, accented with simple crossed lines. This light fixture is in excellent condition. The shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces feature fabulous Art Deco geometric detail surrounding the original frosted gluechip glass panels, which have a clear border and an unusual shape. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. This is a splendid pair of antique Gothic Revival sconces, with their original flashed glass cylinders, dating from the 1930’s. These exterior sconces feature a rectangular, hammered backplate with a beveled edge; each sconce features a white flashed glass cylinder encircled by quatrefoil cutout bands. The sconce features a round roof with a ball finial; three hammered bands descend from the roof to the bottom of the sconce. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 10” tall, 5 ½” wide, and projects 5 ¾” from the wall.
