Skin is full cut on front and is soft and supple. There is no wear to this purse at all. The inside is a beautiful tan kidskin in near perfect condition. I only gave this purse an excellent rating due to the faded brass which I did not want to try and clean as it looks beautiful, and the very slight bend in the handle between the alligator scales.
