This is a wonderful antique iron and brass five-light chandelier with a fleur de lis design. Dating from the 1920’s, this Tudor chandelier begins with a fantastic hammered, gadrooned canopy coming down in a chain to a diamond-shaped brass finial. Five chains, hung on brass hooks, support the chandelier body. Five gadrooned cast iron arms support bobeches with a charming clover-leaf shape. The arms are connected by elegant brass shields, each with a fleur de lis in the center. The chandelier finishes in a brass finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a gorgeous antique five-light chandelier, made of glass and chrome and retaining its original hand-pulled prisms. Dating from the 1930’s, the chandelier begins with a sleek chrome loop surrounded by delicate chrome stems hung with elegant hand-pulled prisms. Below, a splendid glass baluster, gadrooned and ornamented with a diamond-patterned band, comes down to a fluted glass bowl that supports five S-curved chrome arms. Each arm supports a beautiful glass bobeche hung with a pair of hand-pulled prisms. The chandelier finishes in a chrome baluster finial with a jewel at the end. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a splendid antique Georgian double-arm sconce in gilded bronze, dating from the early 1900’s. This unusual three-light sconce has a light in the backplate behind a veil of intricate glass beadwork. The sconce is crowned with a gilded torch ornamented with anthemia and a rope border; below, the backplate is encircled by a gilded laurel wreath border. A gilded stem extends from either side of the backplate, hung with crystal spears. Faceted beads form the backplate, converging on a glass flower. The arm receiver bowl at the base of the sconce is ornamented with leaf detail, supporting two smooth, gold plated arms. Each arm holds an elegant bobeche hung with icicle prisms. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This large (20 inches tall) American Rennaisance Revival Wall sconce light probably started out as a gas light and was electrofied. Based on the size this was probably in a large mansion or a commercial building. Simply magnificient. Currently with wire added to plug in, but designed to be direct wired. Gorgeous cast desails. The globe is a full 8 inches across and I have seen just globes like these sell for over 150.00 by themselves. Wonderful etched glass design. This piece will look great in any home. Obviously the globe will require special packaging if you want this shipped (please inquire. For safety sake we'd rather this be picked up but can work with your shipper.
