Face of ring measures 9 mm by 7 mm. Ring fitting is English size N (USA size 6.1/2) with an internal diameter of 16.92 mm. 18ct yellow gold and platinum ring mounted with 12 small diamonds clustered around an oval solid opal . The opal has good colours of green, pink and red fire. Stones are set into platinum, with scalloped edge and platinum stepped shoulders leading into an 18ct yellow gold bevelled band. Face of ring measures 10 mm by 7 mm, with the gold band being 2 mm wide. Very dainty pretty ring, probably dating from 1930s to 50s. Very good condition, all stones present with only minor surface and age wear. Ring size is English L (USA size 5.1/2) with an internal diameter of 16.10 mm.   « Less

Face of ring measures 19 mm by 5.5 mm, and the band tapers to 3 mm at the rear of the finger. Small diamonds are set into white gold. Unusual hinged snap bangle, being floral engraved sterling silver and New Zealand greenstone (jade). Typical 1960s style, from maker H & S, with decorated front and plain rear. Fitted with a safety chain. Inside is engraved " To Kathy, from 'Attic' 80, 1969". Bangle is 9 mm wide, and the internal diameter is 59 mm wide and 53 mm top to bottom (it's oval in shape). The three greenstone jade panels are domed bevelled shapes. Excellent condition all round.   « Less

Gorgeous large aquamarine ring, 5 stones, the central oblong cushion-shaped aquamarine between pairs of circular-cut blue zircons. Mount is 9ct gold. (Stamped 9 ct). Face of ring measures 12 mm by 21 mm. This ring has an independent valuation, which describes the stones as follows: Central aquamarine stone is 10.8 mm by 8.95 mm, estimated at 3.30 carats, lightly included with medium colour quality. The circular blue zircons (note: genuine zircons, not synthetic) are approx. 5.15 mm to 5.35 mm diameter, est. total 3 carats, of good quality. The valuation gives a used retail market value of $1100.00, and a new comparison value of $3,000.00. (We offer it for sale at much less than this). Condition: Mount and all claws are in excellent condition, under a jeweller's loupe the outer stones can be seen to be abraded on the crowns commensurate with age and use. Not readily noticeable to the naked eye. Quite a large ring fitting: English size U (USA size 10.1/4) with an internal diameter of 20.04 mm. Very handsome and striking-looking ring, with very prettily coloured stones. Total ring weight is 4.91g. Probably dates 1920s to 1950s.   « Less
