This is a superb antique Spanish Revival cast bronze five-light chandelier with a shield motif, dating from the 1920’s and retaining its original polychrome finish. The chandelier begins with a loop finial atop a hammered rod; five curled bronze bands rise from the body of the chandelier to the base of the finial. The chandelier features bracket-style bronze arms with foliate detail, each arm supports a cutout bobeche. Between each arm is a red and blue crest, surrounded by volute detail and supported by twisted bronze bands. The center of the chandelier is ornamented with red leaves and finishes in a foliate finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Dating from the 1930’s, the chandelier begins with a foliate loop finial, with an iridescent porcelain baluster below. The base of the baluster is encircled with anthemia, each of which is hung with a teardrop prism. A twisted pole, finishing in a smooth glass ball, runs down the center of the chandelier. The silver plated chandelier arms, ornamented with a finely detailed pattern, support foliate bobeches with teardrop prisms. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are two matching antique pewter and brass pendant lights with their original globes and original finish, made by Lightolier in the 1920’s and marked “After Sunset Lightoliers.” Each chandelier begins with a canopy ornamented with bead and leaf patterns, and festooned with swags and ribbons. Below, each pendant body is crowned with an elegant volute finial atop a cluster of acanthus, with leaf-and-dart and bead patterns below. The shade features a painted design of garlands and urns, and is finished at the bottom with a tassel dangling from a cluster of acanthus leaves. These light fixtures are in very good antique condition with a couple of hairlines in the canopies (pictured) and some minor wear to the painted design on one shade (also pictured), which are barely noticeable and do not detract from the beauty of the fixtures. The chandeliers have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each pendant measures 16” wide and 21” tall (body only) and 49” long overall. This is a superb antique twelve-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s and retaining its original darkened nickel finish over brass. The chandelier features a canopy with a torsade border and a hammered leaf appliqué; below, the chandelier comes down in a chain to a semicircular loop finial atop a hammered cone encircled with twisted bands. Four twisted rods, each ending in a hook, support the ring-shaped chandelier body. The body features a fantastic hammered texture and is faux-riveted. Twelve bobeches are fastened around the chandelier via hand-forged arms, and feature a waved edge. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce features a roof crowned with a flame, and torch-like side pieces ornamented with laurel leaves. The laurel border runs down the center of the curved glass panel and across the bottom of the sconce.
