A few pieces from the fabulous enamelled tulip floral porcelain pattern. Made 1880 - 1920 by Crown Ducal, England. Handles of sugar a little over 5 1/4 inches accross. Creamer / milk jug is 6 1/4 inches from spout to tip of handle and between 3 3/4 and 4 inches high. Will come with a matching pair of cups and saucers. The tulip pattern depicts fabulously hand-enamelled and detailed tulips in bright orange and golds. Small blue flowers and foliage as the background with a ring of burnt orange, mustard and blue around the rims. Creamy, pale yellow ground. This is possibly one of the most stunning patterns visually to have been produced. The shape of the pieces is also very striking: canted corners, subtle angles and a rich, luxurious feel. Each piece is marked with the Crown Ducal mark under a Crown, underneath. There are a number of squiggles that presumably had something to do with the production, but are not intelligible to us. General condition is good, but there is some fairly minor wear to the enamel. Status: For Sale Reference#: 4018 Condition: good Year: 1920 Title: ANTIQUE ROYAL DUCAL TULIP ENAMEL PATTERN SUGAR CREAMER « Less
