ROund face with gilt center witih raised pattern. Marked SWISS under the numeral 6. The outer surface is all guilloche enamel in a pastel green. Handpainted with a soccer player in long blue socks, white shorts and blue shirt. He looks up at the ball, painted in red, flying accross the other side of the watch. The engine turned surface adds to a sense of movement and life. The clock is not in working order. The surface is in very good condition, with no dings/dents/losses of any sort. Comes with outstanding Art Nouveau lapel brooch fob. Measurements: approx 4 1/4 total length, including the fob; Watch is 1 1 /4 inches in diameter. Weighs 43 grams. Watch is suspended from a magnificent Art Nouveau brooch chain of openwork floral and foliate design with scrolling overlapping arches. The back has a hallmark, shown in the ''photos. The watch: lever set, 32.75mm in diameter. Black Arabic numerals beautiful hands, a timekeeping option and marked Girard Perregaux Chaux-De-Fonds on the face. Minutes demarcated in gold. It is cased in a honeycomb engraved case, delicately engraved on the back, the front with raised flowers and stems set with diamonds that pierce right through the lid/cover. The inside of the lid cover has the following engraved marks: 18k; manufacturer''s mark - Girard Perregaux arching around a bird over a badge; a face looking left and 773.
