A wonderful antique large exterior lantern, circa 1910, made of copper and iron. Perfect for any Tudor, Spanish Revival, or Gothic Revival décor, this lantern features a conical roof with a fabulous patina. Four bands, encircled by a twisted rod, form the chandelier body, coming up into spikes at the top. A glass cylinder surrounds the light in the middle of the lantern, and a cut-out lower border completes the piece. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges. The chandelier body measures 13-1/2” wide and 22-1/2” tall (body only); the fixture is 48” long overall. NC1047-RW   « Less

A fabulous antique Arts and Crafts flush mount lantern with glass panels, suitable for either interior or exterior use. Dating from the 1920’s, this lantern features a squared canopy and roof with rectangular panels overlaid with a Gothic arch, and triangles in the lower corners. This lantern was salvaged from a home in Chicago, IL, This porch light is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Pair of black and brass English carriage lamps, both converted to electricity. Bevelled glass, pagoda shaped air vents at top, silver plate on copper reflectors internally (need polishing), and brass surrounds to the glass. Red circular small glass panels at one side (the side with the door) - this was the rear of the light, but you need access to the door, so if hanging on a wall, it would become the side. Left and right sided lamps. They each measure 40.6 cm long and the tops are approx. 14 cm square. Original condition. Legally, they will have to be rewired. Some paint chips (easily touched up), other age signs. There are no brackets with them. These are not spotless polished new-looking lamps. They have seen age wear and use, and date from the mid to late 1800s. You could restore them - a great project.   « Less
