Three lobed cruet set, decorated in the Dutch Delft manner with blue sailing boats and cottage. Made by Royal Doulton, in their Norfolk pattern. Set consists of a separate pepper pot, and an open salt and an open mustard compartment. (Possibly the original had a separate salt and mustard pot also, but it is very usable with these as open carriers). Carries the British registration number for the period circa 1912. Set measures 9.7 cm diameter and 6 cm high (3.7/8 inches by 2.3/8 inches). Excellent condition.   « Less

Dainty pair of Victorian lobed open salts with gilded rims. Pretty all over floral red pattern of flower vines and leaves. Maker is Copland Spode, with their mark for the period 1875 to 1890. Each measures 26 mm high by 48 mm diameter (1 inch high by 1.7/8 inches diameter). Excellent condition.   « Less

Antique English/Scotish Pottery : A rare set of four Prestonpans Toby Cruets - late 19th/early 20thC A wonderful and as I have been reading rare set of four pottery Prestonpans Toby Cruets. Each brightly decorated wearing an orange jacket and lemon breeches, two having removable hats and each with willow blue and white transfers around the top and bottom. Little conical limpet shell dish on coral feet - classic colours of Irish Belleek, cream and pale yellow lustre glaze, very fine porcelain. Second black mark backstamp, dating the small salt dish to 1891-1926. No pattern number on dish, but it is D272 in the 1906 catalogue. Dish measures 8.1 cm diameter and 4 cm high.
