Quill hole on top of the base. Dull gilt base line and decoration around quill hole. Parrots decorated all round. Lily flower at the center of the pads, with stamen forming the sconce. Glazed in green, ochre, white, turquoise and brown. Turquoise glaze inside the sconce and to the underside.
