A fabulous antique cast bronze entry door plate, signed Yale & Towne. This exterior doorplate is arched at top and bottom and features a double keyhole. The circa 1910 backplate has a beaded border and a delicate bow at the top with bellflower garlands. The lower portion of the backplate is accented with a shell flanked by acanthus, with a flower and beads above. This entrance doorplate is in excellent condition; it measures 2 ½†by 8 ½â€.
