Extremely ornate Victorian piano lamp. Elaborate on every surface, pierced metal, large standing oil lamp. This lamp is outstanding in every way with three large Rococo style seated Putti , hoofed feet and a stylized, radiating "sun". The oil reservoir and other bulbous sections are detailed with flowers, grapes and leaves. The body, shaft and cherubs have a bronze finish and the legs are a satin black. This lamp has never been converted to electricity and has a functioning wick and control knobs marked "Duplex". Fine, period, ten inch ball shade in a soft white with elaborate etched design. No missing or broken parts, re-lacquered sometime in it's past. Very good overall condition. 61 1/2 " tall x 21 1/2" widest (at the base) x 10" ball shade. « Less
