The snuff bottle is in a moon flask shape with a foot rim and a recessed base. One side of the snuff bottle show the pinkish flower of the lotus and on the other side it shows the large green leaf of the lotu's flower. On each side of the snuff bottle, there is a butterfly. On the side of the snuff bottle, the stem of the lotus flower is being tied up in a bundle with a blue and pink ribbon. The base of the snuff bottle bears the mark and period of Tongzhi (1826-1874)

This is a small and an early Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368) qingpai measurement jar. It stands on a flat base with a gobular body and a concave neck and then an everted mouth rim. Around the concave neck there are round moulded spots all around it. The jar is glazed on the inside and the mouth rim and stop short just at the shoulder of the gobular body with qingpai glazed. It exposes the colour of the gobular body in a buff colour and burnt orangish light brown. The gobular body is incised with circular lines.
There is some abrasion and very minute chips which does not affect the aesthetic of the grain measurement jar. Overall it is considered to be in good condition.
The measurement of the qingpai jar: the height is 8.0cm and the diameter is 9.0cm

This is a very nice pear shaped Yuan dynasty (1279-1368) Yuhuchun ping. It stand on a short foot-rim with a recessed base exposing very light brown earthenware. It then everted upward to a pear shaped body, and then gradually narrow upward to a narrow neck towards and then everting upward again to a mildly curled-up mouth rim. The body is divided into two broad band with free flow painting of lotus leave on the upper band and lotus flowers on the body band. Within the two wide band, it is ringed with a centre thick line with two thinner lines all around it. All this is painted in a dark rustic brown colour.
Overall in good condition. No repair, restoration, crack or chip. In picture NO. 3, the arrows SHOWS darken SOME black spots WHICH is the result of the ashes sticking to the glaze during firing. It then burned to black patches or colour.
The dimension of the Yuhuchun Ping: The height is 24cm, the width is 14.5 cm and themouth rim is 8cm.

This is a very well known and dated Kangxi period (1662-1722) medium size famille janue or susancai bowl. Such bowl is commonly know as a "brinjal" bowl. It stands on a footrim with a recess base. On the base, it is painted with a Chinese character or word "Fu", meaning prosperity in a double circle. The body of the bowl everted upward from the base in a "u" shape form, slightly straight up and then mildly with an everted mouth rim. In the centre of the bowl, it has single plant in it, that looks like a chinese mushroom or lingzhi.
There are a couple of hairlines, two tiny over glazed sand grits and a small chip as shown in the photographs. In the centre of the bowl there is a very minor manufacturing fault. Overall it is in good condition with no repair or restoration. When tapped lightly, it gives a fine tinkling sound. Item sold as it is.

This is a small Ming dynasty longquan or celadon vase. The longquan vase stand on a short foot rim with a recessed base. The outer footrim is slightly shaved inward. From the footrim, it everted upward into a bulbous body and then narrow upward to a long thin neck with a slightly widen rim mouth. Longquan vase of such shape is harder to come by compared to the longquan/celadon plate or bowl.
There are very minute glaze friting as shown in picture no. 5 and manufacturing fault/bubble burst as shown in picture 4 and 5. Some wear and abrasion with glaze crazing as shown in all the photographs. There are no chip, crack or restoration. Generally considered to be in good condition.
The dimension of the longquan vase is: the height is 19.4cm and the width is about 11cm.

This is a small Ming dynasty moulded sancai funerary covered box with ribbed sides. On top of the covered box, it has a moulded design of the plum blossom or meiping plant with flowers. It has a low footrim with a mildly recessed base. It also has a square seal mark which reads as "Da Ming Nian Zhao" from left to right instead of the usual right to left.
As a funerary object, abrasion, minor chips(see picture no.5) and minor production flaws can be expected. With the exception of the minor chip, overall it is good condition as shown in the photographs.
The dimension of the sancai covered box: the height is about 5.6cm and the diameter is about 10 cm.

Two pieces of very nice and symbolic shard from the Ming dynasty. The first shard to the left, has a coin design in the centre of the bowl with the lotus lappet surrounding it. The second shard, to the right, shows a lotus flower in full bloom. The lotus is considered a scared flower to the buddhist - a symbol of purity and perfection. In general it is a symbol of summer and fruitfullness. So both shard has a very symbolic meaning to it.

The dimension of the shard: the first with coin design in the centre is about 9cm and the one with the lotus flower design is about 9.9cm.

A nice piece of qingpai bowl shard. It has a high foot rim with recess base and a U-shaped body with an everted mouth rim. The body is lightly incised with slanted lines. A character, which is not very clear is painted in the centre of the foot rim.
