Made by Royal Doulton. H.N. 1843 Biddy Penny Farthing Balloon Figure. Designer: L. Harradine. 9" in height. Various Vibrant colors of lady carrying a bunch of beautiful gayly colored balloons. She is wearing a shawl and a floral hat. She is also carrying a basket around her left arm filled with uninflated balloons and carrying some same uninflated balloons in her left hand. Circa 1880 Chinese Export Blue and White Storage Jar/Vase converted into a nice lamp with a rosewood base and top cover. 8" from base to top cover. The lamp is 18" in height to the top of the shade. Wired with a gold cord and brass hardware and topped off with a white shade and a finial. This particular lamp has a double swan finial. The finials are imported from China and they are new. The finials are solid brass and are available in roosters, parrots, monkeys, sea horses, pineapples, butterflies, lighthouses and several other neat shapes and forms.   « Less

A Modern Chinese Export Blue and White Huge Punch Bowl measuring 15 3/4" in diameter and 6" in depth. This is a copy of a 19TH. Century Blue Nanking/Canton Punch Bowl. Notice the pagoda and the person crossing the bridge. Has all the attributes of the old bowls but can easily be identified as a 20th century bowl. No marks on the bottom. We purchased it a few years ago at Elder's Auctions a well known auction house in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This bowl makes a great presence in the dining room on a Sideboard. The old ones in Blue Canton would cost 10 Times as much. A nice decorative bowl at a reasonable price. On our web site at this time we have a period C.1800 Blue and White Nanking 24" Platter that is in Perfect Condition.   « Less

Late 19th or Early 20th century Painting of Winter Scene. Oil on Board with painting measuring 16" X 12" mounted on a gilded frame that measures 22" X 17 1/2". Good Condition and nicely done. Very Good possibility even though that this painting is not signed, I feel it might be a school of Gruppe painting. Locale appears to be of New Hope,Pennsylvania. In addition to New England North Shore and Cape Cod, Gruppe was very well known for his winter snow landscapes in Pennsylvania, especially in the New Hope area.   « Less

1900'S Sterling Silver Repousse Schofield Baltimore Rose Extremely Rare Unusual Open Sauce Gravy or Sugar Bowl. This is one of three well known Baltimore Silversmiths, the others being Kirk and Stieff in the Early 20TH Century that gave Baltimore the reputation of the City of Very Fine Silver. All three of these companies made this wonderful rose repousse pattern in sterling silver flatware and serving pieces such as Tea Sets, Bowls, Trays, Wine Tankards, etc. This piece is a very unusual piece and recently came out of a Baltimore Estate. Fresh to the market, this open bowl has a wonderful Deep Repousse Pattern of roses that goes all the way around the sides of this piece and all the way to the foot. It has a plain inside sterling bottom with no monogram. The top opening measures 6 1/4" X 4" And rests on a oval base that measures 3 1/4" X 2 1/4". The underside bottom has the Schofield Mark with the impressed #1410. Excellent Condition.   « Less

1900'S Sterling Silver Repousse Schofield Baltimore Rose Huge Rare Bread Tray. This is one of three well known Baltimore Silversmiths, the others being kirk and stieff in the Early 20TH. Century that gave Baltimore the reputation of the City of Very Fine Silver. All three of these companies made this wonderful rose repouse pattern in sterling silver flatware and serving pieces such a Tea Sets, Bowls, Trays, wine tankards, etc. This bread tray is one of two Schofield Bread Trays that just recently came out of Baltimore Estates. Fresh to the Market, this bread tray, which is larger than the other one has a wonderful Deep Repousse Pattern of roses that goes all the way around the sides of this serving piece. It has a plain inside sterling bottoms of the dish with a S H R as a monogram. It measures 15 1/2" X 9" And is over 1 1/2" in depth. The underside has the Schofield Mark on one end and a #1484 on the other end.   « Less

1900'S Sterling Silver Repousse Schofield Baltimore Rose Rare Bread Tray. This is one of three well known Baltimore Silversmiths, the others being stieff and kirk, that made this wonderful rose repouse pattern in sterling silver flatware and serving pieces such as tea sets,bowls, trays, wine tankards,etc. This bread tray is one of two Schofield Bread Trays that just recently came out of a Baltimore Estate. Fresh to the market, this bread tray has a wonderful deep repousse pattern of roses that goes all the way around the side of this serving piece. There is a checkered pattern on the bottom of the dish with a M as the monogram. It measures 10 5/8" X 6" in width and the weight is 8.2oz. We have shown images of the Schofield mark and it also has the name of the Original Retail seller Which Is S&N Katz Jewelry Store which was in business for over 100 years in the City of Baltimore on Fayette Street in Downtown Baltimore.   « Less

The painting is also signed in the lower right of this nice subdue painting. The canvas measures 24" X 30" and the dimensions of the frame is 32" X 39". The artist is listed in WHO WAS WHO IN AMERICAN ART. She was born in Verviers,Belgium.
