Circa 1770 Chinese Export Armorial Pudding Dish, octagon shaped. This fine detailed armorial is magnificent not to mention the Beautiful Spearhead Border. The center of this dish has a crown and underneath a monogram initial M. This dish measures 6 1/4" and is in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Only some slight wear to the gilding on the outside border of this nicely shaped dish.   « Less

Circa 1770 Chinese Export Armorial Saucer with a monogrammed initial of M underneath the crown. The saucer has a hairline between the crown and the initial on both sides. The hairlines measure less than 3". The hairline does not interfere the crest or the initial. There is very minor gilt wear on the rim from being used over the years. The crown has no wear at all and only slight wear on the initial. The saucer measures 5" in diameter and is 1 1/4" in depth.   « Less

This fine detailed armorial is magnificent not to mention the beautiful spearhead border on the inside of the cup. The cup has two hairlines. The hairlines on the cup are on the inside and outside not interfering with the crest. Their is also some gilt wear on the rim from being used over the years. The crown on the cup has no wear at all. The monogrammed initial has no wear either. The measurements of the cup is 2" in height and 3 1/8" in diameter.   « Less

Circa 1770 Chinese Export Mandarin Palette Tea Poy of Superb Quality. This bulbulous shape and form with the gilded rock work on the base is of Magnificent Quality. Tea poys of this shape and form are rare to find with such finely detailed painting and artwork with wonderful gold highlighting. This tea caddy has a silver top which was probably added in the early 1800's because the standard tiny covers are so small they either get lost or damaged. There is one chip on the rim that the cover hides which we have shown in one of the images. This small chip and some slight gilding loss does not detract from the beauty of this great tea caddy. Other than what I have mentioned this tea poy is in good condition with no cracks or restoration. It measures 4 1/2" in height.   « Less

Circa 1770 Chinese Export Mandarin Palette Deep Saucer of Great Quality with no damage or restoration. The best quality. This saucer measures 5 1/2" in diameter and 1 3/8" in height. The central scene of mandarin figures in a outdoor scene with a tree and houses in the background is of very good quality as we have become to expect of the Early to Middle 18th Century hard paste porcelain from China which was made for export to the western world. Very little in the figure scene and the borders within that scene and around the edge of the saucer has no wear that I can find. Also nicely painted flowers separating the scene and the edge of the saucer. Not only Excellent Quality, but no chips, cracks or repairs.   « Less

Circa 1820-1840 Chinese Export Rose Mandarin TWO coffee or Demitasse cups. The design on both are identical as is the Very Best Quality. Their is a slight difference in the height as you can see in the images. We have marked them A (left) and B (right). One is 2 1/4" and the other is 2 1/8" in height. These wonderful cups have no saucers are finely identically decorated with figures painted in Canton famille rose enamels and gilding from the early 19th century. The Diameter at the top opening 4 3/8" This mug is in very good condition for a piece of porcelain that dates from the early 18TH Century. This Large Tankard is decorated in the typical Chinese Imari colors. Very Good Quality. Condition: Small restoration at base of handle only, 'star' crack near base. Their is a brownish mark on the top rim which is shown. This is not a restoration, but in the making. This mug has a nice border at the base, which compliments the border on the outside at the mouth of this wonderful mug. A great addition to a mug collection. Circa 1800 Chinese Export Famille Rose with a Beautiful Mandarin Landscape Unusual Octagonal with a small scalloped border eight sided Charger measuring 18" in diameter and in Excellent Condition and Guaranteed not to have any restoration. The enamels are very good as is the finely executed artwork--bordering on Excellent grade in both the artwork and the executed enameling. I am dating this piece as a Early 19th century piece BUT I would not doubt that it is a Mid-18th century piece of porcelain. The last imge is apparently the signature of the artist that I have not been able to identify. This Charger is priced very reasonably.   « Less
